Responsibilities:
- Prepare and organize for the day by reviewing the schedule and parts needed
- Complete consistent and thorough digital inspections
- Diagnose and repair brakes, steering, suspension, tune-ups, heating, exhaust, A/C, engines, electrical, transmissions, and alignments
- Complete jobs with urgency and positivity
- Attend and participate in meetings, events, and training
- Meet or exceed expected flat-rate hours each week
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a reputable shop
- ASE certification (or willingness to pursue MasterTech level)
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and pride in quality work

Position: Lube Technician / Shop Porter
Job Type: Full-time
Job Description:

We are growing rapidly and looking to add another valuable member to our team. The Lube Tech/Shop Porter role is vital to maintaining shop efficiency and supporting our technicians and advisors in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

- Mechanically inclined and detail-oriented
Preferred Experience:
- Oil change and digital inspection experience
- Ability to assist with brakes, steering, suspension, and maintenance
- Computer and communication skills
Essential Duties:
- Perform oil changes and digital vehicle inspections
- Take cars on test drives and perform emissions testing
- Clean shop, waiting area, and restrooms
- Order, stock, and organize parts and fluids
- Run errands and assist with customer transportation
- Support technicians with light mechanical work
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
