It depends on the service or repair that is needed. We have an amazing team and certain procedures in place that help us be as efficient as possible that will allow us to get your vehicle back on the road as quickly as possible.

Yes, we have the best warranty in the industry. We are so confident in the quality of repairs that we offer, we back it up with a 5 year/50k mile nationwide warranty on most repairs.

You are always welcome to wait while your car is being serviced, however, we recommend it only for those that are getting repairs or service done that can be completed in an hour or less. Some of those services include oil changes, emissions testing, and tire rotations.

Our advisors are trained to update you throughout the repair process. We will explain the process with you when you drop your vehicle off so you know will know what to expect.

Yes, we do have loaner cars. They go out often and are on a first come, first serve basis.
